Adjetivos
e.g. boy(masculino) girl(femenino)
a tall boy a tall girl
Los adjetivos posesivos son los únicos en los que se distingue género y número: my, your, his, her, its, our, your, their.
e.g. his mother, her bedroom, our friends
e.g. a rich man, an intelligent woman
Be, get, seem, appear, look (parecer), feel, make…
e.g. she is beautiful they are getting old he looks happy
e.g. boy(masculino) girl(femenino)

Artículos
Artículo indeterminado (a/an)
e.g. a setter, a table, a lion, a school
e.g. a university, a uniform, a useful book
e.g. an apple, an tour, an easy exercise, an umbrella (* nótese la ‘u’ con sonido vocálico)
e.g. My husband is a teacher (mi marido es profesor)
e.g. Would you like any drink? I want a cup of coffee / some coffee
e.g. The bank is open Smell the flowers
e.g. Children like sweets. Winters are cold in Russia
e.g. The children of this class are bad students. The Mediterranean food is very healthy.

Pronombres demostrativos
e.g. I don’t need this coat you give me.
These girls live with me.
e.g. That window in the first floor is my room.
I don’t like those opinions.

Los pronombres posesivos
mine (mío)
yours (tuyo)
his / hers / its (su –de él, su- de ella, *su- de eso)
ours (nuestro)
e.g. The mobile phone is mine.
They aren’t my keys, they are hers.
She doesn’t like her house, she likes ours.
